Only one week ago I was at beautiful Swayambuh Stupa which was now hit quite hard by the earthquake...
May all beings be happy and possess the causes for happiness.
May they be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.
May they never be separated from happiness that is without any suffering.
May they rest in great equanimity, free from attachment and aversion.
